Customers are very lucky persons this is because they have the government as well as the ministry of trade on their side looking after their welfare in the kind of services delivered to them. You might not believe it, but there is a customer law which gives them the right to return a product and get their money back if they find out that the products they brought are not allowed in the market or they have not served them according to the way the manufacturer says on the label. This is what I am talking about certain privileges have given consumers so much comfort in the products they use and how safe they are because they are sure no retailer would take the chance of loosing their job by supplying a product which is not recommended in the market. As a consumer, you are advised not to take advantage of these laws and misuse them, because you will also have the same law to face if you are accused of defamation by a producer or retailer.
